The purpose for which this not for profit association is formed is to provide an organization for the exchange of information and ideas among members and between the association and local police authorities; to assist in the growth and development of this Association; and to direct communications, services and mutual aid among the members which will improve their ability to serve the needs of the local community and law enforcement.
